John Babcock

An experienced venture investor, John Babcock has been a partner at Rustic Canyon Partners since the firm's formation in 1999. John Babcock brings more than 15 years of technology industry experience to both the firm and their portfolio companies. He focuses on investment opportunities in clean technology, technology-enabled services, outsourcing and advanced construction materials.

Before the founding of Rustic Canyon, John was general manager of online real estate at the Los Angeles Times. Previously, John founded the Delta Group, a technology consulting firm. Intel, Compaq Computer and Home Savings of America are among the companies that he has advised. John began his career as a software programmer.

John received his B.A. from Duke University and his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA.
David Travers

David Travers brings a wealth of technology, media and national security experience to Rustic Canyon. Prior to joining Rustic Canyon, David worked at eBay, where he focused on the growth of their sports, toys, collectibles and media marketplaces.

Previously, David worked at The Walt Disney Company where his duties included evaluating technology and new media venture investment opportunities for Disney as well as helping lead the launch of Disney's credit card business. David also worked at the White House as the Executive Assistant to the National Security Advisor where he was awarded the Secretary of Defense's Award for Outstanding Public Service.

David graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a B.A. in International Relations and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Ed Odjana

Ed Ojdana, founder of ConsumerInfo.com, recently retired as chief executive officer of Experian InteractiveSM, a business unit of Experian Group, LLC, that comprises Experian Consumer Direct (formerly ConsumerInfo.com), ClassesUSA.com, LowerMyBills.com and PriceGrabber.com.

Before founding ConsumerInfo.com, Mr. Ojdana held senior-level positions in finance, marketing, strategic planning, operations and management consulting in a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, retail, distribution and entertainment. He currently sits on the Boards of Worldwide Compensation, Dynasty Footwear, Leads360, GoalSpring, Better Black TV and the UC Davis School of Viticulture and Enology.

Mr. Ojdana received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Notre Dame University, a master's degree in engineering from Ohio State University and a master's in business administration from the University of Dayton. He holds a doctorate in marketing and business economics from the University of Southern California.
Charles Chase

As Founder and former COO, Charles Chase oversaw daily business operations and client services. Mr. Chase brings 10 years of management, product and engineering experience with enterprise software companies to Leads360.

Mr. Chase has expertise in enterprise-level software products and services, having consulted with and delivered technology solutions to senior management teams of Fortune 1000 Financial and Aerospace and Defense firms.

Prior to co-founding Leads360, Mr. Chase served as Product Manager for AssetSmart, a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management software to the Defense industry. Prior to AssetSmart, Mr. Chase was a Software Engineer at Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading human capital management software and services company.

Mr. Chase received an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
