  • Nick Hedges

    Nick Hedges is President & CEO of Leads360 and a 15 year veteran of the Internet and Software as a Service industries. Nick joined Leads360 in 2008 as SVP of Business Development and has since held various responsibilities at the company including Head of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer.

    Prior to Leads360, Mr. Hedges was at Bain and Company, where he led a variety of operational transformation engagements and strategic assessments in the technology, consumer products, media, and private equity industries. Prior to Bain, Mr. Hedges was the CEO of an online marketplace for the global soft commodity industry which provided trading and logistics services to companies across Africa, Asia and Europe. The company was one of the few "dot coms" to generate healthy revenue and produced a product that was a precursor to what is currently described as "software as a service".

    Earlier in his career, Mr. Hedges worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) on Internet and process-reengineering projects and at Ogilvy and Mather Advertising as an Account Manager for Kodak and Ford Motor Company.

    Mr. Hedges holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and received a bachelor's degree with first class honors from Manchester University.

  • Roger Hurwitz

    Roger focuses on investments in software and technology-enabled business services and currently serves on the boards of G5, iPipeline, RedBrick Health and Vibes Media. Prior to helping found Volition Capital in 2010, Roger was a partner at Fidelity Ventures where he focused on growth equity investments and led a number of deals, including GeoLearning (acquired by SumTotal). Roger was also a partner at Apax Partners, focused primarily on investments in enterprise software and technology-enabled services, having previously served on the boards of RealPage, Intralinks and Planview. Before that, Roger worked for GE Capital and was a Vice President of GE Equity, where he played a key role in developing the technology group's investment strategy for business-to-business electronic commerce with investments in Commerce One, OpenSite Technologies, Proxicom and Multex. Earlier in his career, Roger worked in corporate finance at Chase Manhattan Bank, and spent six years at Arthur Andersen in accounting and corporate finance.

    Roger received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Syracuse University in 1987 and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.

  • Ed Ojdana

    Ed Ojdana, founder of ConsumerInfo.com, recently retired as chief executive officer of Experian InteractiveSM, a business unit of Experian Group, LLC, that comprises Experian Consumer Direct (formerly ConsumerInfo.com), ClassesUSA.com, LowerMyBills.com and PriceGrabber.com.

    Before founding ConsumerInfo.com, Mr. Ojdana held senior-level positions in finance, marketing, strategic planning, operations and management consulting in a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, retail, distribution and entertainment. He currently sits on the Boards of Worldwide Compensation, Dynasty Footwear, Leads360, GoalSpring, Better Black TV and the UC Davis School of Viticulture and Enology.

    Mr. Ojdana received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Notre Dame University, a master's degree in engineering from Ohio State University and a master's in business administration from the University of Dayton. He holds a doctorate in marketing and business economics from the University of Southern California.

  • David Travers

    David Travers grew up working every odd job in his family's business. His admiration for business creators began with his Dad and has grown into a passion for providing entrepreneurs with the capital and support to help them succeed. David's technology and media experience are instrumental to his investment and advisory work at Rustic Canyon.

    Prior to joining Rustic Canyon in 2005, David served as Executive Assistant to the National Security Advisor in the White House and was awarded the Secretary of Defense's Award for Outstanding Public Service. Previously, David worked on corporate strategy at The Walt Disney Company and helped launch Disney's credit card business.

    David loves sports and his favorite activities include going to yoga class with his wife, playing at the park with his kids and working to support his favorite after school program, LA's BEST.

    Education: David earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.
