Happy New Year! It's going to be the best year ever. We are very excited about 2009 and are ready to work hard for our clients and have a good time doing it. Here are some of the big things going on at Leads360 we want to share with you.
Insurance Best Practices
In December, we launched our first Best Practices lead management workflow for insurance (read the press release). In 2009 we'll continue to strengthen our focus on three key industries: Mortgage, Debt and Insurance. Of course we'll service clients outside these categories using our Enterprise product, but our strategy is to be the undisputed leader in these three industries. New Support Portal
We released a new help portal accessible from the help link in the LeadManager or by going to http://lm.leads360.com/help. The support portal allows you to contact live support, view training videos, and access the LeadManager knowledge base, release notes and Best Practices documentation.

Sneak Peak: 1st Quarter 2009
We've got some great features brewing.
- Last month we released form sections (read the release notes for details), and in early 2009 we'll continue improving usability by allowing you to organize your lead data fields into multiple columns
- We'll also be adding new formula field functionality, allowing you to do some Excel style calculations right in your lead form If you've ever wanted to do Excel style calculations within Leads360 soon you will be able to with formula fields. We're also improving the usability of our form. Last month we released form sections (read the release notes for details) and next month we'll finally be adding the ability to have multiple columns in our form.
