New Lead De-Duplication Management
It's here! Leads360 is the first and only lead management provider to offer completely customizable de-duplication capabilities. We have completed a new add-in for Leads360 clients that allows for automatic duplicate management when new leads arrive. Utilizing the same filter engine as the custom reports and distribution features already available in your account, you can now create duplicate "programs" that intelligently determine which leads should be checked for duplicates based upon the rules that you initially set. As leads arrive, they are checked against existing leads to see if there is a match. When duplicates are identified, they are put into a reconciliation queue where they can be confirmed and merged.
We are sure you will love this feature, and that is why we are offering duplication management as an add-on to clients who need it for only $15/seat! Please contact Jayson Barenfeld at 310-256-2877 for details.
New Email Sending Filters
We've improved email filter capability by allowing you to trigger emails in three improved ways:
Send Immediately: When emails are triggered, regardless if you have filters associated with them, they will be sent immediately. (Previously, when using filters, there was at least a 1 minute delay).
Delayed Sending: Emails are sent in intervals specified in minutes, hours, and or days, from the point they are triggered (traditionally called drip emails). For example, if you were to disposition a lead into nurturing, you could then automatically send an email after 10 days, after 30 days, after 60 days, etc.
Fixed Date Sending: Send emails on a specific date, or at a specified number of minutes, hours, and or days before or after that date. For example, if you stored a customer's renewal date in the lead, you could trigger a renewal email 30 days before their renewal came up.
If you have any questions about these filters, please contact our support team!
Leverage the Referral Portal
If you are like many of our clients, you get a lot of referrals. We recently developed a referral portal using our web service/API (if you aren't using the web service/API, you may be missing out). The portal allows for 3rd parties, (such as real estate brokers), to easily submit referrals and then track the results. They can login to a simple web-based portal and view all of the leads that they submitted, see to whom the leads were distributed to, and then look at action logs and notes. The great thing about this new feature is that you don't need to pay the full license fee. You simply pay an additional $10/user for your current users and get unlimited referral portal user licenses. Please contact David Waltuch at 310-256-2871 for details.
Dialer/Telephony Integrations Survey
Many of our clients already benefit from integrated auto-dialers, click-to-dial, live transfer, and other telephony solutions. In recent months, many new and unique telephony products have popped up. As we think about our 2010 product roadmap, we want to understand what types of telephony solutions our clients want to see integrated with Leads360. Please take a moment to complete this eight question dialer survey to help guide our product planning process.
New System Filters
Some very useful filters and system fields have been recently added to help ensure that leads are never neglected.
Total Contact Attempts: With this field, you can build a custom report to find all of the leads that have a specific number of contact attempts. For instance, you can create a filter that isolates leads that are 5 days old and that have less than 5 contact attempts.
Last Contact Attempt Date: You can now automatically re-distribute leads that have not had a contact attempt in the last "x" number of minutes; or build a custom report to find all of the leads that have not had a contact attempt in the last 24 hours.
Next Reminder Date: You can now build a custom report to find all of the leads that have had no contact attempts in the last week, and then further refine the search by (for example) excluding any that have upcoming reminders
