Another Great Year!
It's been a busy year for Leads360 and we're proud to say that we've succeeded in continually innovating and improving our products and services. While we're no strangers to tooting our own horn, we thought it might be a useful to quickly review some of the valuable features released this year. Our clients are occasionally unaware of everything our software can do, so we want to make sure you know about that killer feature you may have missed.
New Features This Month:
SMS Text Messages: Due to popular demand, we now offer the availability to receive new lead notifications and reminders by text message.
Referral Portal: Using our web service/API, we created a new web portal which allows for 3rd parties, (such as real estate brokers), to easily submit referrals and then track the results. Please download the collateral to learn more.
Reports by Email: Enterprise users can easily schedule and send reoccurring reports directly to users via email. For Example: Automatically receive the conversion report every Friday morning by email.
Scheduled Batches:Enterprise users can also now schedule reoccurring batch processes. For Example: Automatically delete leads that are more than 1 year old that you never contacted.
New Reports:The Performance Metrics and Milestone Reports within Canned Reports have been updated to provide a better, more intuitive user experience.
New Print Lead Functionality:Away from your computer and need lead information? Printed leads have been reformatted for easier reading and now also include reminder information.

Adding Attachments To Emails With Auto-Populating .pdfs: The new file attachment feature allows you to attach files to email templates as well as manual emails, expanding your ability to efficiently send documents to your leads.
Improved Compatibility (IE 8, Chrome, Firefox): Access to our system is important, that's why we are improving our compatibility with the best and most commonly used browsers.
Greater Filter Functionality and Improved Email Drip Flexibility: We have added several new filters and operators to the distribution, reporting, email drip programs, providing greater flexibility for filtering your leads.
Email Opened Notification: Take the "Did you receive my email?" out of the conversation. You can now be immediately notified when a lead opens an email from you.
Filters and Fields : Due to popular demand, we now offer the availability to receive new lead notifications and reminders by text message.
De-Duplication Management: It's here! Leads360 is the first and only lead management provider to offer completely customizable de-duplication capabilities.
