Now Available: XML Poster is Powering Innovation

When we built the XML Poster tool, we knew it was powerful. However, we never imagined how popular it would become! Here is a brief sample of ways that the XML poster is boosting sales across the country:

• Autodialing - XML Poster is being used to automatically send appropriate leads into progressive dialer solutions such as Five9.
• Remarketing - XML Poster is being used to automatically re-price offers and trigger updated email marketing from SoftVu, with LoanSifter and NYLX providing the pricing and eligibility data.
• Auto Exporting - XML Poster is being used to send leads into other Leads360 databases, such as sending a lead received in a mortgage database into a loan modification or debt database.
• Outside Distribution - Companies with multiple branches are using XML Poster to post leads to their branch databases.

Coming Soon: Real-Time Email Open Notifications

One suggestion we hear regularly is to implement real-time email open notifications. Clients want to know when an email is opened so they can call the prospect when they are actually reading the email. This technology is not new, but the challenge has been incorporating real-time notifications within the LeadManager when this occurs. We are excited to announce that we are working on this technology and expect to release something later this month.

We plan to offer this capability to all Small Business and Enterprise clients for free during our 60-day beta period. We will provide more details on the functionality and cost when we launch the beta.

New LoanSifter Integration for Zillow!

First, Zillow inquiries are free and anonymous. You set the filters, receive the inquiries in Leads360, automatically submit LoanSifter priced offers via email, and wait for the consumers to call you. Some clients are reporting conversion rates above 3%!
