Email-Open Notifications

Would you like to know when a prospect is reading your email? Now you can get an instant alert when your email is being read. There is no better time to call than when your prospects are in front of their computer. This new feature is currently in Beta, and it is temporarily available to all clients at no cost. File Attachment Enhancements

Did you know that you can attach files to emails and leads? Until now this feature was only available as a custom add-on for a select few clients. We are now making this feature available to all clients with up to five megabytes of free storage. Plus, you can easily increase storage on-the-fly (up to 25 gigabytes). You can adjust your file storage preferences from the file storage page in your Leads360 account. Automatically Create and Send PDFs

Many clients have asked about the ability to create dynamically-generated PDF files using data stored in Leads360. This functionality is now available and can be used to send contracts, offers, and other PDF documents to prospects. The cost is $5.00 per seat and $250 for each PDF template we develop for you (you can create your own templates if you have Acrobat).
