System Maintenence

We have received very positive feedback about our recent usability improvements and user interface updates. At the same time we have had a few reports about intermittent system performance issues. We apologize if any of our clients have been inconvenienced by this and want to assure everyone we are working aggressively to enhance the core architecture to address this issue. We expect to release a number of behind-the-scenes features that will make a noticeable impact on performance and scalability. Email Open Notifications Improved

A few months ago we released functionality so users could be notified when an email is "opened" by a prospect. Based on client feedback we have improved this feature so that email open notifications can be set on an individual email level. This enables clients to designate which emails specifically trigger notifications and which do not.

Are You Doing Direct Mail?

As the markets start to heat back up, we are seeing more clients using direct mail marketing again. In response to this, we are considering a new feature that would enable clients doing direct mail to generate electronic leads from direct response phone calls.

New Lead Provider Reports

We recently made public Leads360's Lead Performance Intelligence (LPI), an initiative to improve lead quality through collaboration between lead buyers and sellers. Part of this initiative includes a new reporting platform that sends performance data to lead providers by email. This is a powerful tool for our clients because it provides an easy way to highlight underperforming leads and present them to lead providers, thereby creating a productive conversation to improve lead performance.
