New Filters and System Fields

Some very useful filters and system fields have been recently added to help ensure that leads are never neglected. Please take a look at the release notes for specific details about these filters. Here are some highlights:

Last Contact Attempt Date: You can now automatically re-distribute leads that have not had a contact attempt in the last 30 minutes, for example; or build a custom report to find all of the leads that have not had a contact attempt in the last 24 hours.

Next Reminder Date: You can now build a custom report to find all of the leads that have had no contact attempts in the last week, but exclude any that have upcoming reminders, for instance; or create a custom report to see a list of all leads with a column showing each respective upcoming reminder date.

Coming Soon...

Total Contact Attempts: With this field, you could build a custom report to find all of the leads that are 5 days old that have less than 5 contact attempts, for instance.

Action or Status "Has/Has Not Occurred": With the new "has/has not occurred" operator you could re-distribute leads where a specific "action" has ever occurred, or build a custom report to find all of the leads that have passed through a specific "status".

If you have any questions about these filters, please contact our support team!

New Dashboard Reports

Have you tried the new dashboard reports? We recently released new reports that convert the milestones and performance metrics from the dashboard into tabular reports. Just click on the "Report" button on the dashboard. Please click here to see the release notes on these reports.

How to Hide Fields from Filter Dropdowns

Many of our clients have fields that are only useful on the lead form or view leads page, but do not want them to show up in all of the filter dropdowns. For example, if you have formula fields or other custom fields that need to be seen on the "Edit Lead" page, but you do not need to search on them or create custom report filters with them then set these fields to "hidden from filters" and decrease clutter! Talk to your support rep if you have questions or need help.
