Dan J. Morefield, President & CEO

Dan Morefield, CEO of Leads360, is a dynamic leader with 28 years of management experience in banking and Internet companies. Mr. Morefield is a battle-tested, bottom line achiever with extensive hyper growth, acquisition and reengineering expertise. His business acumen is demonstrated by the complete lines of business for which he has been responsible: rapid cycle software, engineering, technical operations, payment operations, call center operations, product management, outsourced vendor management, consumer lending, retail branch management, M&A technology integration, business banking and risk management.
Leaving banking as an executive after 19 years, he successfully shifted into new roles and industries. He served as CIO of Overture Services from its early stage growth through its integration into Yahoo! Under Mr. Morefield's direction, Overture scaled to handle over 206 billion transactions annually in 28 countries worldwide. Mr. Morefield's internet experience spans executive positions with five companies including Overture Services, PayMyBills and Experian Consumer Direct.
Mr. Morefield has received a number of awards including the State of California Governor's Small Business Bank Award. He was named the youngest member of First Interstate Bank's senior management group and was the recipient of the Bank Chairman's Community Reinvestment Act Excellence Award for his work with local communities. He has brought his expertise to bear in a number of nonprofit organizations, including Shelter Partnership in Los Angeles and the Santa Clarita Community Development Corporation in Santa Clarita.
Mr. Morefield graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a quantitative economics degree.

Jeff Solomon, Founder & SVP

Jeff Solomon is one of the founders of Leads360 and Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing. Mr. Solomon is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic product roadmap, as well as overseeing lead generation and branding efforts for the company.
Mr. Solomon has a varied background in lead generation, marketing analytics, product marketing, and software engineering, in a career that has spanned more than 13 years. An advocate of sound business process and proven best practices, Mr. Solomon maintains his own industry blog (www.thecomplexsystem.com) regarding such topics and regularly contributes to several other industry blogs.
Mr. Solomon is an entrepreneur at heart and is quite passionate about developing the culture of startups. He is a part of the international association, Entrepreneurs' Organization, and regularly works with other young business people to help develop their business acumen, often speaking at conferences in the southwestern region.
Prior to co-founding Leads360, Mr. Solomon was President of ThinkLogic, a boutique software consulting firm where he developed marketing automation solutions for the automotive, mortgage and direct response industries. He holds a BA in English from Arizona State University.

Tony Christopoulos, Founder & Chief Architect

As Chief Architect, Tony Christopoulos is responsible for all technology architecture, design and development. He has been developing sophisticated Internet applications and database-driven solutions since 1997.
Mr. Christopoulos was the system architect and original developer for Cornerstone OnDemand's Cornerstone Suite, a web-based learning management system currently servicing over 500,000 business users daily, including all of Washington Mutual, Solomon Smith Barney, Aon, Honda Motor Corp., Saab, Scientific Atlanta, MONY and Bank of New York.
Mr. Christopoulos earned a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science from Pomona College, a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School, and has completed graduate work in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. He is highly trained in current Microsoft technologies including .NET (C# and SQL Server) and is a Microsoft Certified developer and Enterprise SQL DBA.

Stephanie Hamilton, CFO

Stephanie Hamilton has served as Chief Financial Officer of fast growing, venture backed technology companies including RiverOne, Adexa, and Treasury Services Corporation (now Oracle).
Ms. Hamilton has over 20 years of experience in finance, including extensive experience in fiscal management, contract negotiations, international tax strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. She has also worked for Deloitte & Touche in the audit division.
Ms. Hamilton holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Josh Evans, SVP Client Services

Looking to further enhance his expertise in building and growing companies in the internet space, Mr. Evans joined Leads360, Inc. in Los Angeles as the Senior Vice President of Sales in December 2007. He currently oversees the sales functions and as a member of the executive team he is a key driver for product and corporate development.
Prior to Leads360, Mr. Evans completed the management training program at Enterprise Rent a Car. He managed numerous locations in Denver, Colorado including the location at Denver International Airport. Additionally, Mr. Evans also had roles in the car sales division of the company. After three years with Enterprise, he was chosen to move to Los Angeles and help start the internet company CarsDirect.com.
At CarsDirect.com.com, a leading automotive content and e-commerce company, he served in multiple roles in sales and operations. CarsDirect, now Internet Brands, expanded their offering to additional verticals including mortgage and travel. Mr. Evans was the Vice President of Dealer & Industry Relations for CarsDirect.com when Internet Brands had their IPO in November 2007.
Mr. Evans, a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia earned a bachelor of science (B.S.) with a dual major in Economics and Political Science.

Nick Hedges, SVP Sales and Corporate Strategy

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy for Leads360, Nick Hedges oversees sales and is responsible for both the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives. Nick also manages Leads360's partner network and is a thought-leader in the lead industry. Mr. Hedges is charged with creating value from the Leads360 partner network as well as contributing to sales goals. Mr. Hedges offers insight into the world of lead generation on his blog, The Lead Blog (www.theleadblog.com).
Prior to Leads360, Mr. Hedges was a Case Team Leader at Bain and Company, where he led a variety of operational transformation engagements and strategic assessments in the technology, consumer products, media, and private equity industries. Prior to Bain, Mr. Hedges was the CEO of an Internet marketplace for the soft commodity industry which had operations throughout Africa, Asia and Europe.The company was ultimately absorbed by an agribusiness listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hedges worked at Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture) on Internet and process-reengineering projects, and at Ogilvy and Mather Advertising as an Account Manager for Kodak and Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Hedges holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and received a bachelor's degree with first class honors from Manchester University in the UK.
