Leads360 Management Team
Nick Hedges is President & CEO of Leads360 and a 15 year veteran of the Internet and Software as a Service industries. Nick joined Leads360 in 2008 as SVP of Business Development and has since held various responsibilities at the company including Head of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer.
Prior to Leads360, Mr. Hedges was at Bain and Company, where he led a variety of operational transformation engagements and strategic assessments in the technology, consumer products, media, and private equity industries. Prior to Bain, Mr. Hedges was the CEO of an online marketplace for the global soft commodity industry which provided trading and logistics services to companies across Africa, Asia and Europe. The company was one of the few "dot coms" to generate healthy revenue and produced a product that was a precursor to what is currently described as "software as a service".
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hedges worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) on Internet and process-reengineering projects and at Ogilvy and Mather Advertising as an Account Manager for Kodak and Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Hedges holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and received a bachelor's degree with first class honors from Manchester University.
Mark DuVall is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with more than 29 years of experience architecting and building complex systems to support a wide variety of industries. Mr. DuVall serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Leads360.
In his role as CTO, Mr. DuVall will expand Leads360's technology infrastructure and lay the groundwork for future growth. He will head up all technology functions for Leads360's sales automation and telephony platform, which enables clients to improve sales and marketing effectiveness by converting more sales leads into customers.
Mr. DuVall joins Leads360 from LiveOffice, a cloud-based email archival and eDiscovery startup that was recently acquired by Symantec Corp (NASDAQ: SYMC). A serial entrepreneur and holder of two patents, Mr. DuVall has been an executive at six startups -- two of which were acquired and another that went public. He has a B.S. in computer science and started his career as a software engineer at TRW Space and Defense where he worked on many "Star Wars" projects. Mr. DuVall is a strong proponent of Agile software development and is a guest speaker at USC, where he lectures on software development using Scrum to computer science graduate students.
Looking to further enhance his expertise in building and growing companies in the internet space, Mr. Evans joined Leads360, Inc. in Los Angeles as the Senior Vice President of Sales in December 2007. He currently oversees the account management and customer services functions and as a member of the executive team he is a key driver for product and corporate development.
Prior to Leads360, Mr. Evans completed the management training program at Enterprise Rent a Car. He managed numerous locations in Denver, Colorado including the location at Denver International Airport. Additionally, Mr. Evans also had roles in the car sales division of the company. After three years with Enterprise, he was chosen to move to Los Angeles and help start the internet company CarsDirect.com.
At CarsDirect.com.com, a leading automotive content and e-commerce company, he served in multiple roles in sales and operations. CarsDirect, now Internet Brands, expanded their offering to additional verticals including mortgage and travel. Mr. Evans was the Vice President of Dealer & Industry Relations for CarsDirect.com when Internet Brands had their IPO in November 2007.
Mr. Evans, a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia earned a bachelor of science (B.S.) with a dual major in Economics and Political Science.
Darian Hong joined Leads360 as Chief Financial Officer in July 2011. Prior to joining Leads360, Mr. Hong served as CFO for AT&T Interactive, an industry leader in local search products and services with nearly $1 Billion in revenue. While at AT&T Interactive, Mr. Hong grew revenues, improved the cost structure, turned around unprofitable sales channels, completed a strategic acquisition, and grew internet site traffic to hold a leadership position in the comScore Top 50.
Mr. Hong spent almost 10 years with AT&T Inc. in various general management, network operations, and financial management roles. Mr. Hong started with AT&T in their flagship Leadership Development Program. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hong held product line management and sales positions at Spirent Communications, Harris Corporation, and Eaton Corporation.
Mr. Hong holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and received a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Michael McGuire joined Leads360 in 2012 and serves as senior vice president of sales. McGuire brings 15 years of experience in enterprise hardware, software and services sales where he consistently has been recognized for his contributions in sales and executive management roles. His efforts at market leading organizations such as Compaq Computer Corporation (acquired by Hewlett Packard), Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle), and FileNet (acquired by IBM) have been instrumental in growing the revenue of each organization. In his role as senior vice president of sales, McGuire has global responsibility for sales revenue and growth across all Leads360 sales channels and markets.
Prior to Leads360, McGuire was the vice president of North American Sales for Ascendant Technology (acquired by Avnet). In this role he was responsible for all revenue in the U.S. and Canadian markets. During his tenure, revenue grew to over $90M, resulting in the acquisition by Avnet, Inc. McGuire was educated at the University of Dayton and also studied mass media and communications at the University of London.
David Nachman is an experienced and successful technology industry executive, having spent the majority of his career developing and executing effective growth strategies, both as a senior executive and as an advisor. Mr. Nachman serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Product and Business Development at Leads360.
Prior to Leads360, Mr. Nachman was an Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners, a $1 billion private equity firm, where he focused on investments in enterprise software and technology-enabled business services companies. Prior to Marlin Equity, Mr. Nachman served as CEO of Phoenix Energy Technologies, a pioneering and high growth energy management company. Prior to joining Phoenix Energy Technologies, Mr. Nachman was one of the early senior executives at HireRight, Inc., where he was responsible for Marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Strategy. In this role, Mr. Nachman drove the product and marketing strategy, as well as the channel strategy that resulted in successful alliances with companies such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Taleo, SuccessFactors, IBM, Accenture, and Monster, and led to revenue growth from $3 million in 2000 to more than $200 million in 2008. He also played a leadership role in HireRight's successful 2007 IPO.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Nachman spent 6 years as a consultant at McKinsey and Company, and worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Kidder, Peabody & Company. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago (with honors) and a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from UCLA.
John Reese joined Leads360 in 2012 and currently serves as vice president of marketing. With more than 15 years of marketing, strategy, and management experience at Fortune500 and early-stage technology companies alike, he oversees marketing and growth strategies for Leads360's complete solution portfolio.
Prior to Leads360, Mr. Reese served as senior director of marketing at HireRight, Inc., the leading global SaaS provider of employment screening solutions. For more than ten years, Mr. Reese led the worldwide marketing efforts for the high-growth firm, helping to take the company from start-up to successful IPO and ultimately to the position of one of the largest, most admired providers in the human resources technology market.
Mr. Reese's prior experience includes product marketing, marketing communications, public relations, and demand generation roles at software start-ups Versada Networks, and Access360 (acquired by IBM), and public technology companies Rainbow Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Safenet), and MicroAge, Inc.
Mr. Reese holds a B.S. in Business (emphasis in Marketing) with honors, from Arizona State University, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
