The company named Michael McGuire as senior vice president of sales and John Reese as vice president of marketing.
McGuire brings 15 years of experience in enterprise hardware, software and services sales where he consistently has been recognized for his contributions in sales and executive management roles. His efforts at market leading organizations such as Compaq Computer Corporation (acquired by Hewlett Packard), Siebel Systems (acquired by Oracle), and FileNet (acquired by IBM) have been instrumental in growing the revenue of each organization. In his role as senior vice president of sales, McGuire has global responsibility for sales revenue and growth across all Leads360 sales channels and markets.
Prior to Leads360, McGuire was the vice president of North American Sales for Ascendant Technology (acquired by Avnet). In this role he was responsible for all revenue in the U.S. and Canadian markets. During his tenure, revenue grew to over $90M, resulting in the acquisition by Avnet, Inc. McGuire was educated at the University of Dayton and also studied mass media and communications at the University of London.

Reese's prior experience includes product marketing, marketing communications, public relations, and demand generation roles at software start-ups Versada Networks, and Access360 (acquired by IBM), and public technology companies Rainbow Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Safenet), and MicroAge, Inc. Reese holds a B.S. in Business (emphasis in Marketing) with honors, from Arizona State University, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
The addition of these executives marks a significant milestone in a year of accelerated expansion for the company.
