Leads360 Names Dan Morefield President and CEO

Company co-founder and former CEO takes on new role in key management position

Los Angeles, (Sept. 30, 2008) Leads360 announced, today, that Dan Morefield has been named President and CEO. Morefield, former COO of Experian Consumer Direct, succeeds Jeff Solomon, Leads360’s founding CEO. Solomon will now assume the Senior Vice Presidency and will focus on product and technology development. The new executive positions are effective Oct. 2, 2008.

As an accomplished and renowned business leader, Morefield brings more than 25 years of technology, management and operations experience to Leads360.

In addition to his experience as COO at Experian Consumer Direct, Morefield has served as CIO at Overture Services (acquired by Yahoo! in 2004) from 2001 to 2005, where he led the company's operations and technology teams as the company grew to over $2 billion in revenue.
