"I have been working with Leads360 since the middle of 2005. After investigating their competitors rigorously I decide to do business with them and have never regretted it. In my 25 year mortgage career I have worked with numerous vendors. Leads360 customer service leaves all of them in the dust.

"After almost a year of usage, 2 branches, 12 teams, 56 users, and 11,000+ leads this is my review of Leads360.
As everybody knows managing leads is a very difficult task. We have tried many different lead tracking/management companies out there, some of which include: Lead Mailbox, LeadMaster, Loan Bright, and some Excel files. LeadMaster is the closest to Leads360, but in reality, nothing comes even close enough to consider it competition.
For a while I wanted to get rid of our telemarketing team. I thought it was a waste of money. So I did some quick math, figured out how much we were paying per TRANSFER per DAY (way less then we pay per lead), I took that number and ran reports in Leads360 to see that 17% of their transfers were being submitted to banks.
