With our next deployment scheduled for the second week of July, May has had Leads360 continuing to work on enhancing the capabilities of Leads360 in some key areas. Among these are Dial-IQ and Lead Distribution, which will both see product enhancements in our next release. Dial-IQ enhancements currently in development include improvements to call transfer as well as improvements to call logging. We are also working on enhancements to lead distribution. Distribution enhancements include Performance-Based Distribution and a new feature that enables users to pull the best available lead with the click of a button. This feature, known as "Demand Connect," puts a button at the top of every page in LeadManager that can be clicked to pull a lead. We are also continuing to work on improvements to our platform that will positively impact system performance, particularly in the area of lead distribution.

Leads360 Helpful Hints

Are you using the Email Custom Reports feature? It is possible to schedule a custom report to be automatically emailed daily, weekly, or monthly. On the Custom Reports page, click the Email link associated with the custom report you want to mail. It's easy to select the users to whom you want to send the report, write a message in the body of the email, and set schedule. This powerful feature allows you to keep your users permanently looped in to the reports you deem important.
