  • What's the difference between Leads360 and a CRM?
  • A CRM is a Constituent Relationship Management system. Leads360 handles the entry point for your constituents, from the time you are first made aware of them, to the time they enroll in your school. At the point of enrollment, Leads360 hands off the student to your CRM. It is important to note that nearly every one of our education clients has a CRM in addition to our product.
  • Why do I need Leads360 when my CRM has a recruiting module?
  • A CRM has a lot of responsibilities - managing the student from the time they are a prospect through registration and until graduation. We like to say that a CRM is like an Olympic decathlete gold medalist: good at a lot of events, but excellent at none.   • Can I put the inquiries that we collect on our website into Leads360?
  • Yes. Data on prospective students that originate from any source can be entered into Leads360. Most of your sources that arrive electronically (e.g., your website) can be automated to be posted into Leads360 without human intervention.
  • My school uses an advertising agency to collect prospective students for me, and they tell me which sources are working. Why do I need Leads360?"
  • Most agencies provide their clients with reports on the quality of the data being provided to a school, not a full-featured enrollment application tool. Leads360's integrated reporting tools surpass the applications used by those agencies, and also provide the market-leading functionality of workflow, duplicate management, prioritization, etc.
  • Do you do consulting on enrollment management best practices?
  • Leads360 does not do enrollment consulting in general. However, as a part of your implementation of Leads360, you will be provided with a Client Services expert who will be there during the on-boarding process (training, configuration) as well as ongoing support and training. He or she will become an expert at your particular instance of Leads360 and will be there as a professional resource when you need them.   • Do we need to have an existing SIS or CRM to utilize Leads360?
  • No, Leads360 can be utilized as a stand-alone product for schools that meet certain criteria. However, we do recommend that larger schools and institutions use a SIS or CRM to manage classes, schedules, and all tasks related to managing students in the classroom.
