What is Shotgun Connect?
Shotgun Connect is named after the practice "Calling Shotgun" for the front passenger seat in a car. When a lead arrives in your system while using Shotgun Connect, your eligible reps all simultaneously see a pop-up on their screens. Whichever rep accepts the popup most quickly is connected to the lead through the dialer. It is also possible to set up Shotgun Connect to call all eligible reps' phones when a new lead arrives too.
