What is Speed Dial?
Speed Dial is a pretty simple concept. Select a set of leads that you want to call and let the dialer do the work of lining up each call in quick succession.
It's a well known dialing function and for good reason. For environments where each lead is relatively equal in priority and a lot of leads need to be called in a short period of time, this technique, also known as progressive dialing to some, is the perfect solution.
