In many ways Leads360 acts as a "hub" to mesh our clients many technology solutions together so that sales and business processes can be made more efficient. For this reason, we have invested heavily in our integration capabilities. Clients benefit because of the many integrated solutions and 3rd party connections we have made.
In addition to custom developing integrations as our clients need them; we have developed some powerful tools to make integrating much faster and very cost effective.
XML Poster - This tool enables clients to post lead data, custom fields and lead attributes to 3rd party solutions in the form of XML or HTTP encoded data. In simple terms, if your system can receive data, we can integrate. Clients can leverage Leads360's powerful rules engine to set trigger points for posts which allows data to be sent intelligently based on custom business logic.
Here are some examples that show the power of our XML Poster:
A client wants to post selected lead data, on leads in a particular campaign, that have been in the system for more than 5 days, for which no contacts have been made. To accomplish this, the client would create a filter set (just as you would in email drip, distribution or custom report) and when the system finds leads that met these criteria; it would automatically post the data.
- Use Case #1 - Post leads to a predictive dialer like Five9. Trigger a post using a status change or action for leads that you want to send to a dialer. Make a batch report of old leads and send them to a dialer to create new opportunities.
- Use Case #2 - Automatically post new leads with no contact in 5 days to marketing automation software like SoftVu.
- Use Case #3 - Create a custom report with all converted leads for the month and post them to SparkRoom or other analytics companies.
- Use Case #4 - Submit lead information to a pricing engine like NYLX to re-quote after more information about the consumer has been collected.
- Use Case #5 - Post returned leads to lead providers by taking an action or changing a status, or using a batch process (Enterprise clients only).
Web Service - The web service can be leveraged by clients and partners to create sophisticated integrations in a bi-directional capacity. Use of the web service does require some programming, but is relatively easy to read/write/edit/delete leads data, system fields and log information.
