Reporting and analytics in Leads360 is broken up into 4 sections:
- Milestones - Each milestone represents key stages that all leads must go through as they are worked toward conversion. Milestones in leads360 include:
- Speed to Contact - How much time it takes to contact a lead for the first time.
- Contact Rate - The percentage of leads that have been contacted. Contacted means that a sales person actually spoke to a lead on the phone.
- Qualification Rate - The percentage of leads that have been qualified. Qualified means that a lead is a fit for your product and could buy within the next 90 days.
- Conversion Rate - The percentage of leads that have been converted. Converted means that the lead has bought your product or service and become a customer.
- Performance Metrics - Represents the effectiveness of a sales person, group of sales people or marketing campaign. Performance metrics include:
- Total Actions Taken - Effective for tracking total "activity" by a user or group of users during a specified period of time
- Total Contact Attempts - How many total times leads have be attempted contact
- Total Contacts Made - Total number of leads actually contacted (i.e. a phone conversation has taken place)
- Unique Leads Contacted - Represents total "unique" leads that have been contacted (i.e. a phone conversation has taken place)
- Unique Leads Qualified - Represents total "unique" leads that are qualified (i.e. fit for your product/service)
- Unique Leads Converted- Represents total "unique" leads that are converted (i.e. have actually purchased your product/service)
- Summary Reports - Pre-defined reports for tracking common activities such as user or campaign performance, speed-to-contact, lead activity or cost assessment.
