Lead Prioritization
Leads360 designed a method that would empower sales organizations and educational institutions to automatically identify high priority leads and inquires and intelligently order and queue them for their sales people.
Q: What is Lead Prioritization?
A: One of the biggest challenges facing organizations today is identifying which lead or inquiry to follow-up with next. Leads360 found that even with the abundance of research and best practices available, sales managers and enrollment professionals were still struggling to follow and enforce a system that works.
Keeping this in mind, Leads360 focused on creating a method that would empower sales organizations and educational institutions to automatically identify high priority leads and inquires and intelligently order and queue them for their sales people. With this tool, we hoped companies would be virtually relieved of the burden of having to concurrently monitor, remember, apply and enforce best practices.
The fruit of our labor produced an algorithm driven engine that intelligently and dynamically sifts through relevant high priority variable data, and provides an agent with the lead or inquiry they should contact next based on Leads360's proven pre-configured best practice rules.
Knowing that the priority of a lead or inquiry can change any second, we developed a system that is constantly computing the variables of all your leads while you work them, ensuring you will always know who to contact first. Also, because we know that Leads360 users value flexibility, the system allows managers to prioritize leads and inquiries based on any number of characteristics besides Leads360's best practices, including by demographic, geographic location, or by lead source. Additionally, clients can build custom prioritization rules based on their unique lead composition and business processes.
