- With Leads360 you are not limited to a simple “round robin” distribution where leads are blindly distributed to agents. Instead, leads can be continuously routed and rerouted to agents based on specific criteria.
- "Push” Distribution actively sends leads to agents who are ready to receive them. Leads are automatically directed to the optimal agents. For example, agents licensed to sell in certain states can receive leads only in those states, or agents who specialize in big deals can be given leads only above a certain deal size. We recommend implementing push distribution for new, hot, or recently generated leads.
- "Pull" Distribution allows an agent to pull leads from a “bucket” of available, unassigned, leads. While some lead management systems offer this kind of lead distribution, theirs does not “intelligently” limit access to “lead buckets” based on specific criteria like Leads360 can. We recommend this sort of distribution for trigger leads, purchased lists, old or stale leads, and leads which have been neglected by other agents.
- “Pull/Push Hybrid Distribution” combines the benefits of “push” and “pull” distributions into a harmonious and efficient system. Leads360 is the only lead distribution platform that can “push” certain leads under certain conditions and allow other leads to be “pulled”. For example, if a lead was sent to an agent and that lead was not followed-up with after an initial call attempt, that lead could be redistributed to a “lead bucket” where a qualified agent, who was motivated to close deals, could “pull” and thereby take ownership of that lead. “Pull/Push” hybrid distribution is only available from Leads360.
