Leads360 acknowledges the confidential or proprietary nature of the Confidential Information and agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing lead management services for our clients and not to use the Confidential Information in any way that is detrimental to our clients. All Confidential Information will be kept strictly confidential by Leads360, and Leads360 agrees not to disclose or make available such Confidential Information to any person or entity except for employees or contractors of Leads360 working on services related to use of the LeadManager™.
Leads360 will not disclose any Confidential Information to any employee or contractor of Leads360 until and unless such employee or contractor has been informed of their obligation to keep in confidence any Confidential Information they may receive. Leads360 agrees to take all reasonable care and precautions to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of the Confidential Information. Without limiting the foregoing, Leads360 will take at least those measures that we take to protect our own confidential information, but not less than reasonable care.
Leads360 is SAS 70 certified as well as GLBA and HIPAA compliant.
